We are shipping all of our products from our warehouse in Germany.

The courier or forwarder will be chosen accordingly depending on order.

The delivery cost will be calculated individually for each order. For order processing, an estimate value will be calculated and invoiced. If there is any change necessary afterwards, we will contact you.

    Processing time

    The processing will take approximately 1-3 working day. During this time you will receive a reply from us regarding your order.

  • Please be aware that while we will do our best to provide continues metrages it may be that the ordered quantity will be send divided in various parts.
  • Depending on a various amount of aspects, the rapport length, width, usable width, cut length (as well as other measurements) may vary some. They will be within our tolerances. Please be aware that goods such as lace cannot guaranteed always be the same, even if it is the exact article. If the variation is outside the tolerances or there are any stark differences we will inform you accordingly and handle each case individually
    • Packaging
  • Depending on the quantity, lace ribbons will be put onto a roll/spool and packed into cartons. If the quantity is low, they may also be just folded. The metrage per roll/spool varies depending on the width. Here an orientation:
      • Lace Bands Width 0  - 10cm  = Roll size 200m - 800m
      • Lace Bands Width 11 - 25cm = Roll size 40m - 80m
  • Depending on the quantity, lace fabrics will be put onto rolls with a length of 160cm and wrapped into plastic bags. If the quantity is low, they may also be just folded and packed into cartons. The metrage per roll is approximately:
      • Lace Bands Width 120 - 140cm = Roll size 40m - 90m
  • Eyelash Lace have a pre-determines length of around 3-7m and will be put onto a roll/spool and packed into cartons. If the quantity is low, they may also be just folded.

  • Bitte beachten Sie, das wir unser Bestes tun Ihnen die Bestellmenge in einem Stück zu liefern, es aber trotzdem vorkommen kann, dass die Bestellmenge dies nicht zulässt und deswegen mehrere Abschnitte der selben Spitze in einer Lieferung enthalten sein können.
  • Abhängig von verschiedenen Aspekten, können Rapportlänge, Breite, Nutzbreite, Abschnittslänge (sowie andere Messwerte) variieren. Diese technischen Werte werden weiterhin innerhalb unserer Toleranz für diese Werte sein. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Ware wie Spitze nicht immer identisch Ware garantiert werden kann, auch wenn es der exakte Artikel ist. Falls die Abweichungen außerhalb unserer Toleranz sind, oder wenn gravierende Unterschiede bemerkbar sind, werden wir Sie informieren und jeden Fall individuell bearbeiten.

  • Spitzenbänder werden je nach Menge, auf Rollen gewickelt und in Pakete verpackt. Wenn es geringe Mengen sind, wird die Spitze zusammengefaltet. Die Metrage pro Rolle variiert je nach Breite der Spitze. Hier einige Richtwerte:
      • Spitzenband Breite 0 - 10cm   = Rollengröße  200m - 800m
      • Spitzenband Breite 11 - 25cm  = Rollengröße 40m - 80m
  • Spitzenstoffe werden je nach Menge auf Rollen mit einer Größe von 160cm gewickelt und in einer Schlauchfolie verpackt. Wenn es geringe Mengen sind, werden Spitzenstoffe gefaltet und in Pakete gepackt. Die Metrage pro Rolle beträgt in etwa:
      • Spitzenstoff Breite 120 - 140cm = Rollengröße 40m - 90m
  • Wimpernspitze oder auch Schals, haben eine festgelegte Länge, diese beträgt in etwa 3-7m pro Schal und werden auf Rollen gewickelt und in Pakete verpackt. Wenn es geringe Mengen sind, wird die Spitze zusammengefaltet.
